My Coaching Sessions are based around EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), or Tapping, as its one of the most effective techniques I’ve found for stopping anxiety. I have helped hundreds of people overcome anxiety, phobias and trauma with Tapping and I’m currently offering private coaching sessions for our podcast listeners and members of our Facebook Group.

When I read through the messages and comments we receive I often think “if only this person could work with an EFT Practitioner” from years of experience, I know that even a single session can turn anxiety around and give renewed hope. And that’s why I’ve decided to offer Tapping Sessions and Coaching here.

How coaching is delivered

Sessions are held via Skype  a software service that provides free one-to-one voice and video calls. Skype is available for use on cell phones, tablets, Macs and PCs and is free of charge. If you don’t already have a Skype account you can get one here

You will receive a recording of our call within 24 hours so you can replay and re-visit your personal Tapping and Coaching Session for extra support.



Internet voice-call coaching is ideal for supporting anxiety. It offers help without you having to leave your home and can be provided by video call, or voice only according to your preference.


How many sessions will I need?

How many sessions you choose to book is entirely up to you. A single 30 minute Tapping Session is enough to experience the calming effect of Tapping and learn how to use this powerful technique for yourself. If you feel ongoing support, or a longer session, would be helpful for you those you can heck my calendar and book and re-book according to your needs.

All you need to do is pick a free slot on my calendar below. My local Time Zone is London UK time, you can add your local time to the scheduling service below to show available appointment times in your own time zone.

You will receive an email confirmation of your session once you have booked and I will be in touch shortly to exchange Skype details for our appointment. I look forward to meeting with you.

Reservations can be made up to 48 hours in advance via the booking service above.

Payment for sessions should be made in advance by Paypal. In the event of unforeseen circumstances arising - for example, technical issues with Skype - and our session not going ahead as planned a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

24 hours notice is required for all rescheduling and cancellations. Cancellations made in advance of 24 hours will receive a full refund. Cancellations that do not give 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. If you arrive late for your session, the session will proceed with the time remaining at the full session fee.
