I lived with general anxiety and anxiety attacks for many years. I know how it feels, and how it takes over your mind and your life. I also know how to recover and that’s why I became an anxiety coach. I’ve spent the last 20 years studying and gathering some amazing tools and wisdom teachings to help anyone looking for support with overcoming anxiety.

As an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and qualified practitioner of Meridian Energy Therapies (EFT Tapping) my coaching work is rooted in the emotional freedom available from Tapping and the life changing support and wisdom of Ayurveda (the ancient science of life). These Anxiety Coaching Sessions are available to our podcast listeners and members of our Private Facebook Group looking for one on one support.

Sessions are held via Skype  a software service that provides free one-to-one voice and video calls. If you don’t already have a Skype account you can get one here.



You will receive a recording of our call within 24 hours

so you can replay and re-visit your personal Anxiety Coaching Session for extra support.

Pick a free slot from my booking schedule below. My local Time Zone is London UK time, you can add your local time to my scheduling service to show available appointment times in your own time zone.

You will receive an email confirmation of your session once you have booked and I will be in touch shortly to exchange Skype details for our appointment. I look forward to meeting with you.

Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance via the booking service above.

Payment for sessions should be made in advance by Paypal. In the event of unforeseen circumstances arising - for example, technical issues with Skype - and our session not going ahead as planned a full refund will be issued.


Cancellation and Rescheduling

24 hours notice is required for all rescheduling and cancellations. Cancellations made in advance of 24 hours will receive a full refund. Cancellations that do not give 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. If you arrive late for your session, the session will proceed with the time remaining at the full session fee.
