Paying in to the Blessings Bank

When was the last time you checked the balance in your bank of blessings? If you're running around overwhelmed by stress and anxiety you might be missing out on the things in your life that you can be truly grateful for.

Keeping a gratitude journal is a great way to keep buoyant in the face of whatever adversity your day throws your way. It can be a good place to reflect on the good things in your life, and by doing so, you can let the things that have been irking you melt away as they are dissolved by the warm glow of your daily gratitudes.
