Help with Breathing Techniques: I Can't Slow My Breathing Down

In this week's podcast we're responding to the following question: I have tried breathing techniques off and on now for over a year. Sad to say, I don’t have the ability to slow my breathing down. However I know it must be possible because my breathing gets very shallow when I’m sleeping. I am always a tense person. What can I do?

I found the bumble bee breathing approach to be really helpful! I have never heard of this technique before. I'm a HUGE believer in using breathing exercises to lower stress and anxiety. I have used it to being me so much peace and relaxation in my life. I'm new to this blog but I am excited to dig deeper, looks awesome!

Bee breathing technique is very helpful to calm the mind and to feel at peace. I have also experienced sudarshan kriya which is very effective to get de-stressed.
