In this week's podcast we're responding to the following question and talking about ways to cope when anxiety invades parts of your life that you had previously thought of as safe.
"Last night during meditation, my heart starting racing. My anxiety has come back a bit the past week and I've been working through it. However last night unsettled me somewhat because meditation is often my "safe heaven" - anxiety doesn't touch me there, but last night it encroached on that sacred territory. Has this happened to you? I don't want to become apprehensive about future meditation as I love it so much."
