I really enjoyed this podcast - I have been diagnosed as bipoar and chauked up all my new anxiety during the fall season to that. I also notice I have no creative outlet and during the autumn season I am so inspired to do.. ANYTHING. I typically take on so many new projects in an effort to get all of my creative energy out. Without these outlets I am very nervous and very full of anxiety.

This post was very englightening to me.
