Take a pause and ask yourself is this really about me?
Maybe the other person means no harm, maybe they are having an off day. Maybe they're too wrapped up in their own problems to be really directing anything at you.
Maybe they have poor communication skills.
Question the other persons's intentions
If you're not sure about a communication or comment and it leaves you feeling uncomfortable ask for more details.
Spend a few minutes each morning building your self-esteem.
Read something positive and inspiring. There are some greet books that can help you get more settle with yourself. Look at Louise Hay, Iyanla Vanzant and others.
