If you are looking for a powerful self-help technique to help you Slay Your Anxiety we highly recommend EFT Tapping
What is EFT?
EFT is the abbreviation for Emotional Freedom Techniques, an effective self-help tool for calming anxiety and fear.
Tapping is a description of the way EFT is used on the body's natural healing energy points - or meridian points (the same points used in acupuncture to help healing).
EFT is like acupuncture for emotional healing, but you can do it for yourself and there are no needles, just tapping on a sequence of calming meridian points with your fingertips.
A Quick History
The roots of EFT Tapping are thousands of years old. In the 1980's tapping for emotional relief was extensively researched by Dr. Roger Callahan who went on to develop Thought Field Therapy after curing a lady of a severe phobia of water using just one meridian tapping point. In the 1990's Gary Craig developed Emotional Freedom Techniques from a powerful combination of meridian tapping and energy psychology and has helped thousands of people find relief from panic attacks, phobias, PTSD and personal trauma.
Who loves EFT?
EFT has received endorsement from many leading authors and personal development experts including: Dr. Louise Hay, Joseph Mercola, Cheryl Richardson, Jack Canfield, Dr. Wayne W. Dyer and Arielle Ford.
