Podcast: Loosen Your Grip

Awareness is the first key to tackling tension and anxiety in your body. Once you learn to notice tension in your mind and body you can take steps to adjust and relax. That adjustment can be as easy as dropping your shoulders and taking one long slow deep breath.


In this podcast I share how I used awareness to start noticing and adjusting tension in my own body. After years of playing with noticing and adjusting I'm happy to find that I can now relax very fast. It's been one of the most helpful things I've ever learned and I believe it's made a huge difference to my health and my life in general.
